  Forget about the rest because First Cumberland Mortgage and Ben Sweeney are the best! Professional, caring, and on top of the whole mortgage process. My husband and I had 2 mortgages thru First Cumberland and it was so easy with Ben who kept us informed and in touch right up until closing.

  Overall, had a pretty good experience with First Cumberland Mortgage. The process went smooth after the initial approval. Ben Sweeney was very helpful and can answer any questions you may have. Only negative thing I can say about them is I didn’t receive a couple phone calls I was supposed to get and the meeting with the title company was made on a date and time without me knowing first.
