  Melissa Lambert and the staff that we've worked with at the Goodyear First Credit Union are absolutely amazing! They are friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and extremely easy to work with. We are so grateful that we found them for our business banking needs and would highly highly recommend working with them. We couldn't be happier!

  Cheryl Mangotich was very helpful! She was very thorough with assisting me with my wire transfer and went the extra mile to make sure my personal contact information was updated! This was big due to me visiting other branches previously who did not provide this quality of service! Thank you and keep up the great work!

  I had reached out through reviews to explain just how upset I had been with my past experience. First Credit Union called me in a instant to apologize and to hear me out . They expressed their apology’s and took into consideration my views on the wait times for the drive through. The Apology I was very genuine from the manager there how I wish I could remember her name . Anyway I really feel I had to update my review because it spoke volumes that she reached out. Her understanding and apology were sincere and I believe changes will be made. I am very happy that I was heard. Thank you First credit union for always caring and listening when something goes wrong .

  Have an auto loan through them cannot pay the bill on the app Very frustrating don't recommend. Staff is friendly Edit: they reached out and taught me how to link external accounts. Staff is awesome thanks Jana!!!

  Really difficult to constantly jump through the hoops of there faulty website, and poor customer service. I'm sure some people are really nice that work there, but the amount of time (spent on hold), and effort to make a payment is really frustrating. Website didn't work, so I called in to make a payment over the phone. They charge a $10 processing fee for taking payments over the phone.

  Just opened up an account with this credit union with a refinance of our auto loan. Husband went in to open checking account in addition to our loan and savings account, he was told I needed to go in to sign docs. When I showed up in Goodyear after driving in from Scottsdale, I was told by Suzanne he needed to be there. I asked if i could sign my docs and he could come back and sign his, she said no he was supposed to come. 👎to their customer service ...ya I think I will stick our current credit union, thanks!

  The branch manager treated me as a criminal. I have had my account for 20 years and because they didn't check my account right refused my transaction. I have worked in the banking industry for over thirty years and this credit union is the worst in customer service!!!! I called Customer service waited 50 mins and still didn't get through.

Also, we apologize for the extended wait time on the phone! We have been experiencing unusually high call volume lately. Just for future reference should you experience a long wait time on the phone again, perhaps try the “call back” option where you can leave us a number and we’ll call you back or try the live chat option.   I've had an account with this credit union for 2 years and over the last two years I've been in this location probably 5 times. The staff is very friendly and professional, my only gripe about this location is that every time I walk in the first thing I notice is how awful it smells in there, I have complained to them every time I come I'm immediately hit in the face with what smells like really stinky socks, I don't know how the staff puts up with it!? And for this long! Just odd that no one has fixed this problem.

  Just wanted to cash a check that was made out to cash, what a hassle! And they charged me $8 to get my money, rip off they will never get my business.
