      Line out the door, 3 people at counter but only one person working with customers. No drive through, no business lines. Go to a different branch

      Worst bank I've ever been too. Opened up a new account at another location and they were unwilling to help me even though they had the ability too, just because they didn't get credit for my account. The branch manager was rude and didn't care about my problems or losing me as a customer. FIND A DIFFERENT BANK TO GO TOO. I called the bank that I opened my account with and they went above and beyond to help me. No thanks to this bank!

      Terrible customer service. The lady told me there's only one banker that could help before 9:30am so I guess don't go in there before then? There were 4 other bankers, one sitting right next to the teller. I won't be going back there, plenty of other Chase banks with MUCH better customer service. No coffee but plenty of empty coffee cups. The whole place was very uninviting. Didn't feel welcome at all, and after I was told there was no survey I could leave or hotline I could call and to just deal with my bad experience, made the decision to go this route. Thanks again for your help Chase bank off Litchfield, I'll be sure to never walk in there again

      Dont normally write reviews but customer service sucks nowadays. Went in there 3 times to get a debit card issued. The first two times I went in they said it would be a 45min wait. Was forced to come back both times. My third time they let me know that their machine was broke and that I would have to go to another branch. Like bruhhh 😩 why wouldnt they tell me this day one instead of wasting my time. Get it together.

      I had a bad experience with another branch and was very upset when I walked into this branch. Needless to say I met Edwin Limon which not only assisted me but treated me with respect, kindness, and sensed the importance of my business which needless to say was a fresh breath of air. This branch is a few more minutes away but I am definitely switching.

      I give 1 star so bad for this brand , I have to difficult to make appointment or if I need some thing to access my account need help, if I come to the branch they not available, so call make appointment they can make because only bankers can make? Leave a phone a wait for 3 hours to call back when they not busy? So if you want to go this Branch you have to wait all day let they call

      My account with Chase Bank will be 20 yrs old this November. I was in Goodyear Branch on march, 15th and was waiting 22 minutes due to the shortage of staff together with other 5 customers. The Manager, Amber took the 4th customer in line whereas I was 3rd. The customer she took was better known to her.This is unfair and discrimantory treatment to me. I walked out immediately and the time was 12.01 pm. I called her 14 minutes thereafter to let her know about the incident, She did not come on the phone with the response that She was on lunch break. As such, If I dont get an apology by 30th March,2016, I am going to Close my 20 yrs old account together with 4 other business accounts.
