  Easiest refinance I have ever done. From application to closing, and funding it was smooth and simple. Got a great interest rate, and am happy. I was very busy during the re-finance and I was the one who cased delays, if any, because I couldn't respond sooner. Can't thank Jodi and her staff enough for staying on top of it for me.   Jodi is the absolute worst lender I have ever dealt with in my entire life. She worked with the buyers for a property I was selling and never communicated until the very end and a very minor issue ended up not being addressed by her which caused her to tell everyone she can’t do anything. And this is after already delaying settlement 2 weeks. Don’t ever use her to buy and never accept a contract with her tied to it.
