      Over the years we have lived in Rogue River, and we have had occasion the deal with several banks and credit unions. Recently, we came to appreciate First Community Credit Union more than ever: Our car was totaled in late December. That becomes a complicated transaction to remove the wreck from the bank's books, and even more complicated when a new car needs to be financed. Dawn, Loan Manager, has helped solve that problem with kindness, understanding, and professionalism. We appreciate her efforts and the on-going banking experience we have had over years. My wife and I simply think they are the best...period.

      I have used large banks for 40 years and finally switched to a crexit union. I am much happier here. No fees eating away my accounts, actually earn interest, friendly staff, and I've saved countless hours waiting in line because they have more enployees helping fewer customers. I have had no issues at all. Why didn't I switch years ago?

      Great bank if you want to be treated like a criminal and have tons of invasive questions about your finances every time you make a deposit. Tried to open three accounts worth 50k+ and they literally wanted a letter from our old bank stating that the money used to purchase our cashiers checks wasnt from drugs... I wouldn't waste the saliva to spit on their front door.
