  I had a wonderful experience at this branch. I had to take care of an issue and the branch manager was very kind, she explained everything. I felt like I was one of their richest customers. I will never forget her warmth and expertise in handing my issue. Thank you.

  I recently opened a new account with them since they offer better APRs both on their checking accounts and on loans than other banks I've researched. The joining process was simple and pleasant, and Shauntrese was extremely helpful and caring. When I initially was denied a loan, she was very sympathetic and also offered tips on how I can build my credit and then refinance a loan I get elsewhere with them in the future (to get the better APR). Two days later, I received a call from their loan department saying they had reconsidered the denial they give me and that they would offer me a loan for the very low APR I was initially quoted. I plan on refinancing with them shortly! Also, whenever I call their customer service number with questions, they are very pleasant and helpful (and don't sound exhausted or grumpy like a lot of customer service phone reps).

  Horrible credit union, was a customer for 10 years and nothing but issues. Currently bank with St. Louis Community Credit Union, have only been with them less than 6 months and they already treat me much better!

  I went there yesterday and told the teller I wanted cashier checks. She handed me these slips and told me to fill them out myself. I said to her I never had to do that. She said something about keeping records and she worked in the back which had nothing to do with what I had said. I just left and went to Walmart. That bank is wonderful. The clerk did everything for me.

  Shuntrese and Kristen are awesome. Never long waits, never felt like a "new customer". There are a few more who are very friendly, but since i am new i don't know their names. Thank you all for everything especially a piece (peace is what i got) of mind. Best of luck, Ronnessa C.

  Love this branch location! The tellers are always speedy and efficient and SO FRIENDLY!!! I am employed at the Galleria across the street and having a branch so conveiniently close is a lifesaver! A+++

  Always friendly and helpful staff at this location. I've never waited long and the banking services they provide blow traditional banks out of the water in terms of interest rates and fees.
