  If I could give this company more than five stars, I would...because they EARNED it. I would not be where I am today without the help of Ryan Kelly and his staff. My wife and I were searching for a home in 2012 and found one we loved. Ryan and his staff made our loan process easy and explained everything to our satisfaction. We had a million questions as first time home buyers, and they took the time to answer each one, making sure along the way we understood the process. Pleasant, respectful, helpful, and diligent are how I would describe Ryan and his team to anyone that asked. Thanks again for everything you did, and continue to do for us Ryan and crew!!

  I wanted to refi. with VA Loan, and these guys were very responsive. Not only that, but the on-line setup they have to track documents and let me know where we were at in the process was seamless. Great Job Jack!

  Initially the process went smooth and the person working my file, Jared Mabrey, was very responsive. Once all my docs were submitted though he put me on the back burner. He blamed an influx of refi apps, then stated his VP needed to review, then it was due to underwriting. I lost count on how many times he said he would get back to me, but failed to even send me a simple email to update me. I had to continue to track him down for information! Overall the customer service experience was poor and I expect more from a reputable company like The Home Loan Expert.

  Ryan Earthly told me after receiving my application that we could get pre approved. We submitted our information and was told that they could give us a pre approval letter which they did. After being pre approved our loan was passed on to Jack. We found a house so we submitted all our information. Paid our earnest money , paid for our inspections had our appraisal. and everything was going good. Loan submitted to underwriting. ONE and a half weeks before we were scheduled to close i was told they missed a negative item in our credit and therefore the loan is suspended. They should be more thorough before giving out pre approvals. Now because its pass commitment deadline we cant get our earnest money back. Ww are left with huge disappointment and a lot of wasted time and money because we were made to believe a pre approval meant something. Fair warning it doesn't mean anything!!!!!! Hard lesson learned.
