Reagan Canon5I opened my very first bank account at FCB years ago and have never once regretted it! Whether I go inside, through the drive thru, or just call to ask a question I am greeted kindly. When you enter the lobby you see nothing but warm smiles and helping hands! The service is impeccable! I love everyone that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing or interacting with at FCB! What a great place it is, full of even better people, for all your banking needs!

Samuel Cataldo5First Community Bank has helped and supported the growth of both of our companies that are based in Bedford county (C.A.R. Service Center and C.A.T. 5 Communications) for over 10 years. There is not a better community bank PERIOD. They make the (sometimes) hard choice to stand by their customers, and they are a staple to our community. Don't be fooled by slanderous reviews from terminated employees and feel free to call the Cataldo family at C.A.R. Service Center in Wartrace if you ever have questions on this banks integrity!

Vicky Fan1I was in for a quick visit and some of the employees were walking around the lobby with no face mask on while getting very close to us to speak. I’m wondering if this establishment doesn’t care that a global health crisis is happening or if no one told them that there was one
Response from the ownerWe apologize that you may have felt uncomfortable while visiting our bank today. FCB has kept both employee and customer safety in the forefront of our business decisions since the onset of this pandemic, including weekly reviews of our procedures concerning COVID related items. We installed glass that all our employees are to work behind, and when that is not possible they are to wear masks during CDC defined times of "close contact" that has been deemed as under 6 feet for over 15 minutes. To our knowledge, our employees practice this rule. While there are times they check on people in the lobby these are not typically for longer than 15 minutes, thus not requiring a mask per CDC standards. We do have masks and hand sanitizer available for both customers and employees to be used at anytime they are required or when they feel in risk. FCB has also expanded procedures to be able to handle the majority of all customer requests via phone, internet or drive through access for customers that have vunerable health conditions or are concerned for their safety. We encourage those avenues to be used whenever possible and as customers, such as yourself, might feel more comfortable. Again, we apologize that you were not satisfied with your visit but wanted to assure you that we are very aware of the global pandemic and are doing our best to keep our customers with full access to all of their financial services in the safest manner possible.
