  Tyler has repeatedly gone through the effort to bring useful information to myself as an agent and investor. I have attended multiple events he has organized that were valuable as presented and even more valuable as the guests are willing to engage with their thoughts, forecasts and answer questions. Tyler consistently knows the answer to many questions being asked because he's already asked them prior. Overall if you are wondering whether to attend a Real Estate Exhibition that he has text you about I highly recommend it.

  Tyler Winegar was amazing! He didn't tell me what kind of mortgage I would get, he gave me choices. He worked with me for months to improve my credit, get a better rate, make my payments affordable, and buy a home. We closed just about a week ago and it wouldn't have been possible without Tyler.

  Tyler is a great hardworking man. He helped us get a mortgage process. Anytime I need him to help me. He would take out his time for us. Without his help I couldn’t have get a loan. I tried a few places and nobody ever helped me. Tyler is a honest person who never gave up on me and my family. I am again for thankful for Tyler helping us through the whole process.   Tyler worked so hard to get this done, he was amazing. There were the normal hoops to jump through. Then out of left field hidden hoops would pop up. Our situation was complicated to be gone with and Tyler took us on anyway. If he says he can get it done, it will get done.
