  I am a Marine Corps veteran who spent 17 months in Vietnam in 1968-69. When my wife and I decided to buy a new home utilizing a VA Home Loan Guarantee we spent some time talking about the VA prequalification process and then Jeremy sent us out to find a home. We found a place that had neighbors with flags and flagpoles and told Mr.Hollingshead to get the paperwork done. Within three weeks I was signing my "John Hancock" on 65 pages and slicker 'n spit I was a homeowner. Try as I might I couldn't find anything to complain about with 1st Colony, Jeremy Hollingshead, or that other guy in the office who hadn't previously known why it ain't good to drink water...

  The ball was dropped a lot during our loan process with Ben and it was very frustrating. Being a first time home buyer is stressful enough but this company didn’t help. Will not be going through them for our next house.
