  My wife and I loved the experience of purchasing our home through Guild Mortgage. Debbie Hartman quickly became our friend; she made us feel like family. She worked hard to get us the best possible finance rate. We are loving our home!

  Over a year ago my wife's Mother was going to loose her home so we narrowly managed to buy it but at a high interest rate. The plan was to move there in a few years and take care of her. Two months after closing she passed away. The home was on my wife's Grandfather's old farm that she would go and work on with him. So it was sentimental and she really did not want to have to sell it and we decided to still try to retire there someday even though her Mother would not be there in person. This is where Debbie comes into this long story. We needed to get the home refinanced but had several hurdles to get over. Debbie found a refinance option that would work if all the numbers came in right and it was at an exceptionally low interest rate for the type of property. It would take some work getting it done and that is what Debbie and her Team did. I don't think I can come up with enough superlatives to express my appreciation for her good work. She and her Team were a pleasure to work with and very professional. We are tapped out and will not be financing anything else for a while from Debbie but you should! We are grateful for all the effort and help from Debbie and her Team.

  We purchased a home with Debbie and her team and also did a refinance on an existing mortgage. They were always on top of everything and kept us informed as the transactions moved forward. They were professional at all times and there were absolutely no problems. Everything went exactly as we were told and we cannot imagine a more pleasant experience. We will be purchasing a new home soon and have already been in contact with Debbie and her team. We look forward to our new home and working with Debbie again!!!!

  They are the best mortgage company we have ever used! Debbie is so amazing and is the best hands down! She is so nice and makes sure to take care of her clients. We won't ever go through someone else. Debbie will always be our go to person. She is the best!

  Debbie made the process of buying a home simple and stress free. She was always available to answer any questions and took the time to ensure I was educated on which lending options were best for me. I will continue to use and refer to Debbie Hartman at Guild Mortgage. She is excellent!
