  First Class Financial Services is such a pleasure to work with. They take you step by step through the process and their attention to detail is impeccable. I really cannot imagine working with anyone else. My family has worked with them and my father can be a tough customer, he feels they are also extremely good. Where others fail, Michael and Chris come through!!!

  My wife and I went with Chris Starks as our loan officer based off of the recommendation of some friends. We couldn't be happier. Chris made time to explain and walk us through the process. He kept us informed every step of the way what was required at that point of us. Always made himself available for questions (there weren't many after his detailed explanations and play-by-play). He even got us a much better rate on the loan than we had estimated ourselves. He worked in lockstep with our realtor to make buying our first home much easier than we had thought. Start to finish he was fantastic. Big shout out and thanks to him and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking.

  My wife and I have worked with Chris Starks twice now for two separate loans and we have had an incredible experience on both occasions. Chris is very quick to respond, professional and transparent. With this being our first home, we are new to the mortgage world and we have felt comfortable asking him any question we have had in regards to the mortgage process. He gives thorough, well thought out responses and advice and he bent over backwards to make sure we had a positive experience. We would highly suggest using FCFS and Chris Starks for any loan and we know we will be in the future. Thank you guys!!

  Mike Koran and his associates couldn't of handled and delivered my loan process any better! From the initial request of proper paperwork to closing of escrow his team shined through the 30 day contract tenure. He also brought a personal touch that you don't usually get while their guidance and counseling helped me decide what was best for my situation. Definitely recommend his team to find you the best loan for either your new home or refinance! Good luck!

  My husband and I were searching for mortgage brokers for our first time home buying experience, and were debating between Mike and another broker we found on Yelp. When I called the other broker, he barely gave us any insight about the process, and offered to give me an "estimate" having barely collected any details about us... This may seem convenient to some people, but to us it was a red flag he didn't want to meet us first and receive details... When I called Mike, he indulged us as random callers that found him in the internet, listened to our scenario, and told us up front he was going to be asking for lots of items and details in the beginning to make the whole process smooth if we decided to go his way. Bingo, I was looking for a detailed oriented, knowledgeable, demanding, OCD and responsive broker I could trust, not a "buddy." Mike was just that, though friendly, he got down to business, communicated all the time, expressed urgency in documents we needed to provide and was always on top of it. He paid so much attention to us, we wondered how he was dealing with all of his other clients. Our realtor who has been in the business for 17 years, also said he was one of the best she had ever worked with.

  This is a review for Amy Daniel a Loan Processor for FCFS. I am an Insurance Broker with Square State Insurance here in Denver and usually, the interactions between Loan Processors and Insurance Brokers is a very standard exchange. Amy went above and beyond to help explain Insurable Value (Replacement Cost) vs Market Value (Sales Price) to the insured. Amy also was very efficient and answered follow up questions very quickly. In 10 years as an Insurance Broker, I have never felt the need to leave a Loan Processor a review, but I was truly impressed.
