  This branch is just amazing and a pleasure to do business with. Definitely the top bank for service in the Tampa Bay Area! I’ve worked with them all so trust me!!!! Jason the manager will bend over backwards to meet and exceed the needs of customers and Jane has given me excellent service when dealing with her over the past 7 years!

  Karen was really helpful and nice. Beautiful atmosphere. Everything is easy, easy to deposit, easy to withdraw, easy to get a checking account. Highly recommend.

  Ive been very disappointed in their lack of customer service. I opened an account at the dunedin branch because it is right next to my work. One day after 3 months of banking with them I pulled up to the drive through and there was a sign that the branch was closed down and I would have to go to the Clearwater branch, 20 minutes away! No notification at all even though I went there about once a week, and the women who opened my account knew I chose them because they were close to my work and home. Since then I have had nothing but problems. Items billed to my account that I did not purchase, more than once and the only assist I get is, "heres a number to call". My payroll checks that I deposit via the app do not get deposited, about half the time, even though it says deposit submitted. Which ends up causing all kinds of budgeting issues. When I have called and attempted to report the issues, not only have I not received "valued customer service" but I have been treated rudely and abruptly dismissed. I will most definitely be closing my account.

  Jason Kelley bends over backwards for clients. I work with many of my clients at my accounting firm and he was so diligent in the PPP loan application process to make sure everything was submitted correctly and loans were approved. Highly recommend this bank and Jason!!
