  Derek came up with a solid solution to my unconventional mortgage needs when conventional mortgage lenders were unable to provide one. He was a pleasure to work with - honest, responsive and great communications. I trusted him that no last-minute underwriting issues would derail my deal, and it all went very smoothly. Also, Dawn was super efficient at getting everything submitted for underwriting and closing - we were able to accommodate the seller's request to close a few days early. I would highly recommend Derek and Fidelity Funding.
