  Do not recommend this branch.. The Teller on staff today 11/9/2021 at 11:30 is an airhead. I've been cashing the same check every week on Tuesday since February 2021, its a payroll check. Why is this the 1st time its an issue? I frequently use the Palm Harbor location off of US 19, never once had an issue. I used other location throughout my area and they've never denied cashing my check a day early. For goodness sakes I'm an account hold and my payroll check is drawn on Bank of America.

  This is a wonderful branch. Is there anything about banking branch Manager Tammy doesn't know !? She runs a smooth ship ! Amy P. is a up and rising star in banking ! Carrie is most knowable as is Julie. A Outstanding branch to do business with. Thank you for all your help Ladies.

  So after being with Bank of America for several years its one bad experience after another. I had over $100 in pennies and if anyone knows thats a lot of counting and very heavy. I had put them into two coin deposit bags. I get to the bank and the teller tells me since I do not have a business account I can't deposit them i have to rolleach one. Ummmm are you kidding me. I called and had asked before I did this plus got the bags from the bank. The teller stated there policy changed a year ago. Okay how did I get my bags. Plus okay its policy now you can't make a one time exception. Customer service is key to business. Clearly Bank of America needs to understand this. I will be changing banks. No wonder there's a coin shortage.

  Dont bother...lousy customer service do not want to help you. They tell you call Bank of America for help? Really why do they have branches open with people sitting at desks? Not to help you? The teller Carrie No personality like I was bothering her. No personal service anymore. I see why no one likes BOA and why they are always in trouble

  The teller performed four cash transactions. She only gave me three receipts. It was Saturday and I caught it after the bank was closed. The cash deposit was not showing. I was told to wait until Tuesday. Be careful...check all your receipts.

  Very rude manager! He needs more training how to speak to a customer. I wanted to cash a check that was a Bank of America check and was told to go to my bank and cash it. I would never go to this location again! The manager needs serious customer service training. I have never dealt with a person and felt so disrespected because I banked somewhere else.

  I've been with Bank of America for 15 plus years but this location with Amy Pena and Keith Sadlowski make this place outstanding. Their customer service is next to none. They go above and beyond with their customer service and their location is a little tricky but it's definitely worth it. It's a definite gym!

  Often not enough staff, and they are unclear on protocol as a whole. Sometimes they will cash my paycheck early on the spot (there is NO law stating post-dated checks must be honored to the date, it's legal tender when it is issued so don't try me). Last time they cashed a check from the 22nd on the 19th, no questions. Same before that. This time they won't even touch it a day early, OR have any explanation why they only do it "sometimes." How about a staff meeting so everyone is on the same page and they don't sound clueless? Sounds like idiot management to me.

  Not only was I made to feel like an inconvenience I was told I need to watch my money being counted as if I can’t trust their tellers. Shame BoA. Shame on your lack of customer service. I’m so glad I don’t bank here personally and I’d love to vote our PTA use a different banking institution after my experience today. #learnandbebetterplease #completelyunnecessary
