  I cannot say enough good things about Lisa DiBernardo at First Choice Mortgage Services in Brattleboro. This was my husband's and my third time buying a home and the first two experiences were MISERABLE. With those experiences, there were delays, last minute changes, missed deadlines, poor communication and many, many tears, (on my end.) With Lisa, however, things were smooth from start to finish. She explained every part of the process clearly and there were absolutely no surprises along the way. She was kind, compassionate, professional and an excellent listener. When discussing our closing costs at one of the initial meetings, Lisa estimated all the fees higher than she expected they would be. That way, there wouldn't be hidden expenses that would come out of the blue later. As it turned out, we owed thousands LESS than she anticipated, which was an amazing (and most welcome) surprise. I give Lisa my very highest review. She is, in a word, AWESOME.

  Lisa DiBernardo in the Brattleboro Vermont location was extremely helpful to my wife and I during our first home buying experience. She is very knowledgeable about the process and was able to answer all of our questions. She also was very helpful on getting us the right loan for our needs.
