Lizzy Esposito5I just want to say how great of an experience I had in the Stratford branch. I needed help with my account. Rather than call customer service, I decided to go in person. I am so happy that I did! Everyone was very friendly. The manager, Khan, was extremely helpful, attentive, and patient as he answered every single one of my questions. I really appreciated the time he took and felt at ease after my visit. I will definitely continue to use this branch going forward!

KM Beauty Blinks LLC2Arrived 11:40 on a Saturday, wasn’t able to make a large withdrawal because the manager said the vault was already balanced. Offered half but no other solution. When I got to my car and figured something else out the doors were locked. She said I had to call ahead to request the funds. Also I tried to open a student account for my child but was told I needed an appointment. When trying to open online it says visit a local branch but not to make an appointment.

daniel somuah (Dsmove)1Honestly makes no sense how there are people sitting in the cubicle doing nothing and there’s only one cashier whiles there are 7 people on the line waitin. This has happened on 2 different occasions. Makes absolutely no sense.

Sebe Silver1This branch is the worst they set nonsensical rules that other locations don’t have. When I got married In July 2019 my husband and I tried to deposit our wedding gift checks into my account and they said we couldn’t but if my husband opened an account with them they’ll allow us. That didn’t make sense to us, So we drove to a location 5min away (BOFA on Boston Ave) they allowed us to deposited all the checks without a problem. Today 11/29/21 my husband went to this branch again and refused to deposit $2800 cash into my account, so that I will have enough money to Pay our mortgage on the 1st and our credit card. They said, they can only deposit a check not cash and than they said, they can take cash to pay my credit card but can not take the rest of the money to deposit into my account. What kind of nonsense is this? they can take cash when it benefits them but not when it benefits us? I’m seriously reconsidering my relationship with BOF. I’ve had enough they’re too inconsiderate and even try to listen

Keily Acevedo5Toni is the best manager, for me she is the best of all the employees of that branch. She has a lot of knowledge in what she does, whenever I've had a problem she goes out of her way to help me solve it. She attends clients quickly and with great courtesy.

Martine Calixte1The wait at this bank is unbelievable. Everytime I go to this bank the line is very long. I came here at 11:58 am on a Saturday and was denied service. Seems as if they are always understaffed for customer service. When you go in the bank they have several people working however only 2 will help with at the counter. While is why it takes customers so long to get in and out of this bank.

Brittany Wright1This is the second time I've gone to this location to get help with something. The first time I wanted to raise the account balance on a card that I've had for many years and had always paid on time and then some, but I was told no and was pretty much talked into opening a new credit card that I didn't want, but they promised that it could be combined at a later time. Recently I misplaced a debit card and went to the same location for a replacement. When the same teller from my first visit could not convince me to open another credit card on top of the one that she had already had me open the last time I was there, she got frustrated with me, cut me off, and gave me a temporary card. What I found out today is that she never ordered the replacement card that she told me she would. So now I'm here nearly 30 days later with a temporary card that's almost invalid having to take out $200 in cash to hold me until I can get a new card that I've had to order from customer service in Virginia. Not good customer service...

Jeff Warren1I I was yet again taken advantage by Bank of America and extremely unfairly charged an overdraft fee of $35 x3 for a total of $105. But, here's the story, I was aware that there were would be three checks each in the amount of $110 that were to be cashed on Thursday July 25th the same day I have my direct deposit come through at around 3 a.m. . So, at around 11 to 11:30 p.m. on July 24th I called the bank and the automated system said that my bank account was still in the positive. I woke up at around 3:30 a.m. called the automated system again and the three checks had gone through and I was charged an overdraft fee for each of those checks. That is about as grimy as can be! The person who tried to help me was very pleasant but did not help me and she knew darn well that Bank of America was taking advantage of their customer. So, to shorten an extremely long story don't get an account at Bank of America because apparently they'll charge you an overdraft fee if there's a two-hour delay in money's being put into the account. Oh and one more thing, I called the 800 number and was on an eternal hold twice I've got the same load of garbage. It's unfortunate that customer service no longer exists and that a bank who gets bailed out by the government will take advantage of the very people that keep them in business.
