  I’ve been a client on Al’s since 2009. I bought my first home while deployed in Afghanistan at the time, and the process was great. Since then I’ve had two other mortgages through first chance, and most recently a refinance that I feel like took less than ten phone calls and three weeks from start to finish.   I write very few reviews but felt that this company deserves a two thumbs up from a grateful customer. Al and his team were awesome to work with. I had an unusual loan need and needed help. I had great credit, a great job, great income, very little debt to income ratio but was still getting.....'it's gonna be difficult'...from various companies because of how the property was titled. I called First Chance Mortgage and spoke with Al. He gave me a solution that at least 20 other companies that I'd previously spoken with could not or were apparently incapable of coming up with. Al and the team at First Chance Mortgage...Thank you! Know that I will recommend you to others and definitely will use your services again!

  Answered the phone like I was bothering him.... literally told me, “I don’t know how you expect to get a home loan making 8 dollars an hour”. I work in sales and it is commission based. No one even asked me for documentation before judging me and being unprofessional. Do not recommend if they have to do any type of work to help you.

  Words can't express how happy I am with First Chance Mortgage! Closing went flawlessly and I was very impressed with how everything was handled! Thanks Al, Jennifer and crew !!. I didn't have a payment for 2 months! My payments were lowered over 250$ per month. I will refer anyone I can to your company!! Thanks for making such a big difference.

  Brian Coughlin is a great guy! I was one of 2 tenants he had as roommates in his home in loganville ga. Overall great guy!
