  What a waste of a wells fargo only 2 people to help you besides the tellers but got all these empty desk and people sitting in there office avoiding customers... want be back to this location.. been here over an hour and still no help form anyone, Tonya come up to the people behind us to take her in her office and didnt even care to ask what i needed or what ahe could do for me she just assumed she couldnt help me.. wouldnt even listen to anything i had to say.. very rude and disrepectful... now we been waiting here for over and hour they finally bring another accountant out.. get it together wells fargo

  This Wells Fargo branch is great. They have gone out of there way to make sure I was a happy customer. When they changed the branch hours, it effected me, but I understand why they did it.

  I love this location but I have noticed that they are now often busier than usual. I don’t like the desks in the center of the bank, it makes it seem cluttered. I enjoyed the openness prior to them putting it there. Nevertheless the bank tailors are always pleasant to do business with. A few years ago the bankers would happily greet you at the door and also while you are waiting in line. I haven’t seen that in a while. But overall this is my go to only location and they do a very good job taking care the needs of the customers.

  I like to say big Thanks to Ms. Jessie O'toole (Personal Banker). She provided 5-stars service. Amazing experience today - best ever Very friendly, funny and sincere. Wells Fargo is very lucky to have her there. I will vote her to be the Employee of the Year 2021 :)

  Don’t bank with Wells Fargo. They complaint department is horrible and they offer no solution s to correct their mistakes or wrong doing. Wells Fargo complaint service is horrible. They ruin people credit report if you take a loan from them. Wells Fargo is a dishonest company with policies made to charge extra interest rate and fees from people. Don’t trust Wells Fargo!! Wellsfargo never updated my address change despite having a email confirmation that my mailing address was updated. All information regarding my accounts were mailed to old addresses…as a result charged me interest rate. this company is a scam. Imagine doing this to millions of Americans and thousands of Americans. If they scam 1 million people out of $3 they will make 3 millions free. I am Removing my money and changing banks

  Bank is great very time saving bank and up to date customer offers .. Like free checking open an account with min. $25 savings and checking both free with $25 deposits in each

  I’ve been with Wells Fargo for 13 years at this location. The staff has been nothing less than helpful! I always see smiling faces when I walk in. It’s more like a family bank to me. Love the environment, fast in and out process. Couldn’t get any better!

  I've never taken the time to write a review about a banking experience, but I never really had a banking experience like this. I am beyond thrilled and impressed that I got a chance to meet with Tonia Hammond of this branch. She was incredible. I am a very new business owner and always thought because 1) I wasn't bringing in a ton of revenue (yet) 2) That I was very new and 3) (TBH) because I was young-- I would be overlooked or treated differently. That was not the case. Tonia supported me in a way that I didn't expect. She made phone calls on my behalf, was very responsive to e-mails, thoroughly explained everything, and overall has a kind spirit. I mean her office is literally full of motivation. I am excited about my new business venture and my new bank (did I really just use excited and bank in the same sentence? I did). I consider Tonia a part of my small, but growing team. Realtor. CPA. Lawyer. Banker.
