Nelly Moya1Worst bank ever! I came to dispute a charge for something I never agreed. Nothing they could do but change my debit card for $15 fee. Gave me a new card. That they did not activated it! I came Saturday so by the time I notice my card was never activated was too late. They were closed of course they don’t have a customer service during the weekend. Came today to check what was going on with my card they all said oh we forgot to activated it! They did not apologize for their error.

We were unaware of what was happening over the weekend hours and have thoroughly researched and have a solution working thanks to you. When you agreed to a new card it should have activated. We understand your frustration and apologize. You are our hero!

Clara Schneider1Customer service is non-existent at this location. I had a temporary state issued ID that was not "good enough" to make a deposit. I was given Jobetsy's number (CEO) and when I asked her why an ID issued by the state of TX was not sufficient enough to make a deposit she told me that "I was a guest in her house and I needed to follow her rules". Don't waste your time y'all!
Response from the ownerShared branching operating rules are what drove this interaction. There are specific guidelines that are to be followed regarding ID acceptance. Unfortunately, this person was not a member of First Central. It is true that a person entering our branch with membership at another credit union is a guest and because of that, we follow the network rules and guidelines as to not put our member funds at risk for an unauthorized transaction.

Matthew Harris1I'm closing my account in the morning. EVERY time I try an use my card between 11 and Midnight it gets declined regardless of my balance. I'm so sick of this.
