  We truly had an amazing lending experience with Robbie and Trent. From the start of the process, to our closing date and even now three years after our purchase. Communication was clear and timely. Information was readily available, and they made it easily understandable for first time buyers. We even had a "one touch" process with everything approved right away for the loan.   I can’t say enough great things about Robbie and his team. This is the second time I’ve done business with Robbie. When I refinanced my home they were always available with any questions that had. When I first spoke to Robbie about possibly refinancing my home he went through many options with me explaining them thoroughly where I can understand them. During the whole process Robbie and his team were very prompt and informational. With that being said I was able to close within 30 days with a lower interest rate and shorter loan term. I would recommend Robbie and his team 1000 times over, I can’t thank them enough for all they have done for myself and my family.

  SWBS Mortgage helped my Husband and I get into our very first home! They were so helpful and patient as they walked us through every step of this process. The communication we had with them was outstanding. Every question we had (and we had a lot) was answered within hours of not minutes of asking. I would highly recommend anyone who is new or an experienced veteran to this process consider using them as their home mortgage company.

  I cannot say enough good things about the Hetland team. Robbie and his team were professional, they were incredibly helpful and patient with any and all questions we had, they fought to get us an incredible rate (which meant that many times they were having to work well outside of their normal working hours), and they were able to make everything happen so quickly!   Just finished getting our house refinanced at a crazy low rate! Robbie and his team were great. It was so much better working with local, friendly, super-responsive people than those online companies that have been bombarding me with ads. And SWBC also has a slick online website to easily upload all the files they need. Robbie is extremely trustworthy. I definitely recommend you give him a call.
