  My wife and I had a very complicated single-close construction loan/mortgage for both a home and pool build. Colonial and especially Michael Carbone were just incredible to work with. They navigated through all of the difficult pieces and ensured we stayed on track while ultimately successfully closing the loan. Michael communicates clearly, sets fair expectations and follows through whether its a cell call in the evening or being in the office on a Saturday.   Colonial was great company to work with. In particular I worked with Tom Perritte on a construction loan. Tom was very experienced he was able to clearly explain our loan options including the pros and cons of each allowing us to make an informed decision. I would be happy to work them them again.

  I cannot say enough how fortunate my wife and I were choosing Colonial National Mortgage and having Michael Carbone service our new construction to permanent loan on our Dream Home Build with Couto Homes.   Great customer experience. It exceeded our expectations. Great group of people to work with. They are very responsive and answer any question within 5 minutes or so.
