  I bought my benelli shotgun and I'm really happy with it! personally one of the best places in EP to get guns at a good price. The manager helped me and I couldn't be happier he was really knowledgeable on guns. I'm even surprised that they called me to let me know about a special sales day... I do recommend this place for people looking for good and cheap weapons.

  I would not go to this pawn shop again. The products they have are in bad condition and the customer service is even worse. I bought an xbox and some xbox games from them, and i paid extra for the 15 day warranty. Well the xbox didn't work so i brought it back. The woman who handled my return was very rude with me. Then, she informed me that they will have to charge me a $5 restocking fee, because they informed me that apparently I was supposed to have purchased two separate warranties... One for the xbox, and an additional warranty for the xbox games. The employee who sold me the xbox and games never mentioned anything about needing a second warranty. The woman who was handling my return went to ask a manager if they could forget about the $5 restocking fee, and he agreed... Which was good. However, I started trying to explain to the manager that the employee who sold me the items never mentioned anything about a second warranty, and the manager gave me an ugly look, didn't say a word, turned his back to me and walked away. It was as if he was mad. Another bad thing, they have a bunch of ps2 and xbox games, upwards of 200... Except there's a problem with them, about 70% of these game cases only have free demo disks inside them. The majority of the game cases do not have the games to match them. The sad part is that i told one of the employee's this, and he just acted like he didn't care. I went today, about 10 days after that, and they still have all those game cases without games. I guess they're hoping someone will buy that junk. My advice would be to go to a pawn shop that cares more about what they're selling. Also, go to a pawn shop that has a manager who doesn't give his customers the cold shoulder when they're talking to him. Good Day Corporation Pawn Shop on Montana Ave is an excellent pawn shop, and Benny's on Zaragoza is good also.

  The only honest person you'd want to help you here is Raul. Everyone else here is either rude or shady. Especially the big guy, white hair, going bald, (Not Kermit) has messed up our pawn extensions several times. I let him know Raul is familiar with our accounts and can help me but he ignored my request. I ask him why he extended pawns that haven't even matured yet, (I even circled them!) and he stands there like he doesn't know what I'm talking about and stays quiet. The other locations don't do this to us. Raul will be the only person I'll have assist me from now on at this location.

  Nothing against this establishment, I’ve made purchases at the sister store on Lee Trevino. However there is something to be said when the store sells any ‘Smart’ electronics with an account still connected to the devices, thus rendering the product useless. At least other pawn shops make a notation that the device is potentially locked. Shame on these people for neglecting to inform the buyer of potential headaches with such devices. My suggestion, shop here, at this location, with caution.

  No hello, no acknowledgement that you are there, no reply when you ask for help. These are the rudest people I have ever seen. I have no clue how they are even open. We walked out deciding to spend our money elsewhere. If you are looking for bargains, just skip this place and find a shop that will at lease talk to you!

  Amazing deals... I was looking all over town for some equipment. The staff was amazing they took the time and we even got a discount. I would definitely recommend this store!!!!

  Don't know how to do their job right, lie about services, terrible customer service, wouldn't recommend this pawn shop, visit any other pawn shop besides this one; HIGHLY recommended to go to another pawn shop if you want want actual service.
