  The male manager is great! My mom brought me along on her regular pawn jewelry hunt that she's been doing for a year now. He was pleasant, reasonable and went above and beyond to help us both. We walked out with 3 great pieces. Unfortunately, I did not get the same great service from the other 2 associates.

  Treat customer as the trash, the store should open 10 am but never open until one hour later. They show your but doesn't care. Bad store, don't go in the store.

  This was my first time coming here. There customer service was great, they gave a good amount toward my pawn the most out of anyone in the area. They pawn and buy a variety of merchandise not just jewelry. I will for sure use first cash jewelry & exchange from now on.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. Charge you a double late fees, sell you stuff that doesn’t work and don’t offer any refund or replacement, and the manager has zero personality or any reason to work with you. I would highly not recommend this pawn shop. This is coming from someone who has frequented pawn shops for over 20 years as a regular customer and never written a negative review.

  Guy told me it was okay for me to come in long as it not literally 7 next thing you know, when i came at 6:50 they refused to take me.

  Came here to sell a ring , they low balled me so bad I didn't even try to negotiate , I told them give me my ring back.... I would give it away free before I let them get over on me like that

  Terrible customer service! Was blatantly (and intentionally) ignored several times after several trips there. Some of their employees always have attitudes, act like they don't want to be there, and on their cell phones constantly. Unprofessional.
