Adetola Alase1The most useless wellsfargo branch, I have ever seen. So slow and the personal bankers don't know what they are doing. We waited here for over 1.5hrs just to open an account. In the end they staff still look lost. I suggest they retrain thier staff to be efficient and understand the essence of time.

Madison Randolph1I called during business hours to ask a question about the banks services and the phone system won’t allow me to speak to a person. When a teller doesn’t immediately answer I’m offered the choice to remain on hold by the phone system and when I choose to do so it automatically takes me out of hold and gives me options to choose from from an automated voice system. I want to ask if the bank will exchange my rolled coins for cash and I can’t ask a robot this; my question isn’t one of the options. I want to speak to a person. I should be able to remain on hold. This is absolutely frustrating and a waste of my time.

Adriana Salinas1Miserable going to Wells Fargo. All the procedures that you implement have slowed down the lines so badly. I was inside the branch behind 5 people and the line didn’t move once in 30 minutes. What could possibly take 30 minutes in the bank line? Signing closing paperwork on your house? You all are nice and polite and I’m sure you don’t control it.

Danielle Wilkerson1I’m about 2 minutes from closes all of my Wells Fargo accounts business and personal. I don’t want to have to continue making online appointments just to get quick services done. If you’re available with zero customer in the lobby I except to be helped. If you plan on not helping any of your customers you should just close your branch completely so all of your employees can just go home.

Taylor Sanchez1The ATM took $340 dollars of cash and did not deposit them. I went inside hoping the actual people could help. They said ATM didn’t say there was an error so they couldn’t give me my money, and gave me a number to file a claim. I have been on hold with that number for an hour and a half. I would think that there would be a little more urgency, and certainly something the bank manager could do to help someone that just had their money taken from them! It’s past noon now on Friday and it sucks to know that I am not going to have that money, and no one cares!

MJ Magellan1They want two forms of ID before cashing their customers checks, on top of charging a fee of $7.50 for not being their customer. I travelled 24 miles to cash their customer check. Dont accept Wells Fargo customer checks, instead use cash apps or make sure its a credit union bank...

Courtney Lopez1Really disappointed in the new drive through banking hours... for those of us considered essential who dont get off work until 4 or later your just out of luck. The not so consellation prize is you can bank saturday morning until noon but if you need banking before then, your screwed! I have banked here many years . Pisses me off!

Alexander Sumrall1I made an appointment and when calling to rescedual they never answered. I called them first thing when they opened and 30 mins latter still nothing. I got transferred over to the wells fargo hot line and the guy could not even help me to reset up an appointment. I did this 3 times. Making money for them is 1# not the customer holding the money. True statement

Jessica Williams1I dont usually write reviews but was really put out by this location. I arrived at 4:20 to open a new account. There was no one else around so I asked a lady in her office if this is where I wait, and she said oh it's kinda late to do that. I said it's 40 minutes until you close, and she said you cant open an account it's too late, it takes an hour to do that. SO LAZY, I can guarantee it does not take an hour to open a simple checking account. I took off early from work for nothing! I would understand if it was 10-15 mins before closing but this was just pure laziness. I wont be back
