  The best banking experience I've ever had. Period. Gloria (VP/Branch Manager) runs a great operation at this bank. Because of her, and her teams efforts, I was the first amongst my friends and peers to receive a PPP loan. She is constantly in touch with me to ensure that all my banking needs are met. They have truly made banking easy and their support of my business is greatly appreciated. I have recommended First Bank to many of my friends and I will continue to do so. 5 STARS!

  Great experience with First Bank in Marina Del Rey. Gloria is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way, and she make each and every customer feel they are special as soon as they walk in the door. We never felt this way about any other bank we dealt with. I highly recommend this location

  5 stars ? Yes So rare to see a bank have a 5 star rating. I have been so very unhappy and frustrated with my financial institution for along time, last month after several attempts to speak to a live person I had it. I thought I would check out the 5 star First Bank. I called to schedule appointment expecting to get automated something, A real live person answered my call, "Hi this is Gloria how can I help you? " Gloria did help me, continues to help me. So much more Honestly really did have me at hello 😊

  I have been banking with First Bank Marina del Rey for a long time and have always found that their customer service goes above and beyond any other bank I've ever worked with. In these tough times with so many businesses needing the Paycheck Protection loans, my banker Gloria even called me on a Sunday to help process my application. Pretty incredible! She always responds quickly and everyone there knows who I am and bends over backwards to help when I call. It's the kind of service you just don't get with the big banks. I highly recommend First Bank!

  I initially joined First Bank because I was opening my business and needed a special type of account. The "big bank" I was with at the time told me it would take six months before their representative would be available to help me. I called Gloria Dominguez at First Bank and she got the job done in an hour! This level of personal service and attention from First Bank has been consistent from the day I joined through the present day.

  First Bank is amazing. I have had accounts with major big banks for years and totally surprised to now be at a bank where everyone knows my name and calls ME when there are issues. The personalized service, help, and great benefits (like no atm fees for non-first bank atms even out of the country) are what has won me over. I also want to point out the Manager, Gloria Dominguez is spectacular. She really goes out of her way to help and make sure to make everyone welcome but also problem-solve. I have had such a great experience I referred a good friend for a business line of credit which from what I understand are the best in the market. Thanks for the great service and products.

  My wife and I have been using First Bank Marina del Rey for over a year now for our international business and commercial accounts and are very, very pleased. We had been shopping for a new bank in this area and were lucky to find these guys.
