  I have been a customer for 33 years always helpful and nice even when someone stole one of my checks they helped me get all my money back this is a great bank

  Had an experience there working with two ladies who even worked with their manager and it was terrible. They had no common sense! And even entered the amount wrong. Ask them to give me all my checks back went to another First Bank who even made the comment that common sense would have been a factor here and got the job done. It was a waste of time and they should all not be allowed to work in a bank if they can't do simple things and have simple common sense. These are people handling your money you do not want this First Bank handling your money at all .

  Terrible way of business. Terrible customer service. I’ve had more than one issue with them and even the way they handle things is just wrong. Not friendly not helpful. I’m taking all our money and going to another thank. Look elsewhere. Don’t trust them

  I have banked with first bank for at least 25 years. Never have I had a problem that they can’t solve or explain. Always friendly!

  The employees here are always so nice and polite and willing to help.. such a rare find.. keep up the great work ladies 😊
