      I have been with them since they were Southport Bank, they always seemed to care about us and when times were tough even offered a loan. Since they were taken over by First American Bank they now post against carrying a firearm, hopefully potential bank robbers will obey. I recently had some issues with my newer account and they were helpful in getting the problem fixed.

      Called them to change my payment date. The rep said she would send out the document via email within 15 minutes of the call, i didn’t receive anything all day. This is actually my third attempt in trying to make that change with no resolution

      Kenosha Metal Products has used "Big Banks" in the past. Very sterile treatment. Very happy with Southport Bank. I thought that the personal relationship in commercial banking was a thing of the past. Southport proved me wrong. Very happy!

      Horrible bank. Backstabbing greedy bastards These folks are there to make money and watch people fail. Ask anyone that has had any loans with them. Use the larger banks. If you bank there or have loans there...run. Its not worth it.

      Sucks, never open when I need it, and its been over two months since I requested a debit card as well as re-contacted them about it and I have been to the bank on multiple accounts and have yet to even recieve word about it
