  My experience with this company is positive in every way. They have a great plan that was explained to me to my understanding. They were courteous at all times, with my many phone calls , always respectful , polite, understanding and available. Financially I was satisfied with the plan for me.

  Everyone I talked with at Financial Warranty was considerate and courteous knowledgeable and helpful. They convinced me that I really did not need their service, which I thought was most unusual. But it was In my best interest to do as they suggest. What they did was think about their customer not about profit for themselves.   I really enjoyed working with financial warranty I am very reluctant to have bowed out of the program I wish something could be done about discover and the way they Dominate the end result The people at financial warranty will very helpful kind understanding and I look forward to talking with them each and every time that I did With With Randy & Nelson And the rest of the employees at financial warranty that worked with my account I hope that I can come back and take another look at my situation And reset some of the approaches We used Thank you all Those who were involved in my account I wish it would have turned out better than it did, once again, THANK- YOU ALL FOR YOUR EFFORTS.

  This group is so wonderful I can't even begin to thank them for their services. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly yet also very Professional. They have helped me with my finances so now I can stand on my own 2 feet. I'm no longer worried about which bills I can pay this month because I can finally pay them all. Thank you Randy, Jeff and especially Robert for all your help and advice!

  I've never sought out this company; I've never filled out any "application" in which they claim I've asked for their services. Yet that has not stopped them from calling me for the past several weeks, and up to 15 times within the past 3 days. I call the number back and ask to be placed on the DNC list through their automated service. Within an hour, I get another phone call from them. And this has been going on for weeks. When I get fed up and call to ask an actual person to remove me from the list, I've been hung up on. Only one person, someone by the name of Nelson, looked up my phone number and said that I'm labeled as DNC and that I should not receive anymore. Yet I still received a phone call almost two hours after that. This call in particular was made by someone by the name of Brittany and went like this: "I'm calling about a recent application you filled-" "I've never filled out an application and I have asked to be removed from this list repeatedly." "Well what kind of health coverage do you have-" "I have asked to be removed from this list repeatedly." "We offer many different types of-" "I have asked to be removed from this list repeatedly." "-fine, f*** you b****. Bye." The above is a tactic they use frequently (pretending I'm responding positively to their call and going along with the script). Previously, a couple of weeks ago, a man called, employed this same tactic when I told him I hadn't asked for these calls...and finally I said: "you know what? I have the time. Just keep talking to me because then that means you're not bothering anyone else." He said, "Huh." and then hung up. The number they call me from is a Brooksville number ending in 2597 (I edited this to remove the entire number so Google won't think this is a spam review). Whenever I call it back, it always states "Thank you for calling Financial Warranty..." After some sleuthing online, I felt like this number was a ripoff of the company based in Boca Raton, since that number is not listed on their website. I wanted to call that Boca Raton office to let them know someone was using their company name as a scam. HOWEVER, after calling the number provided by the website (number ending in 1455), I received the same outgoing message with the same voice. This is the same company who has been harassing me with phone calls for weeks after repeated demands to place me on the DNC list and getting cussed out by their call reps. Once I post this review, I will follow up with a claim against them through BBB. Beware of this company at all costs!

  Hi Rachel. We're sorry that you seem to be getting call from many different companies. We comply with all DNC federal guideline meaning, if someone designates that they would like to be placed on the Do Not Call List we will never call them again. We also comply with federal TCPA guidelines which means that we will will not call anyone who hasn't filled something out requesting that we do so and that we only contact potential clients once a day. We have no representatives by the name of Brittney in any of our offices, and we also do not offer health insurance or ask about health coverage of any kind.

  I think this company is great. They work right next to you to help. I had to opt out because of money reasons.

  Just like to say this company is very professional and there always there for you and they are the nicest people I’ve had to deal with if all companies were as good as financial warranty this world would be a better place they get 5 stars and deserve everyone of them and if I need help again I’ll definitely use them and recommend them to everyone....
