  Kat is amazing!! When we decided to buy another house, we went on a Saturday to an open house. We loved the house, called Kat on Sunday and within hours she had a offer package together. Unfortunately they didn't take our offer. But getting the package together only made it easier when we found another house that the seller needed a fast turnaround time. (Prior deal fell through and they needed to close or they wouldn't be able to get the house they wanted.) Kat and Aisha are a great team if you need a Realtor or a mortgage broker. Having people on your side with knowledge of both makes the transactions so much easier!! Would highly recommend this knowledgeable, easy to work with, and genuinely nice team!!

  Kat is a true wizard of her financial arts! She leaves no stone unturned in search for the best deal and best approval odds for her clients. Yet she is 100% prudent and will never let you borrow more than you can actually handle. Her attention to detail, her patience, her focus, and her thorough knowledge of the industry are truly spectacular. Plus, she is a wonderful person with a great sense of humor, so even dealing with something as stressful as personal finances, you will have a great time.   Financial Solutions Management is one of the best broker/real estate services you can get in the area. I’ve had the opportunity to have Kat Fiorentino re-finance my homes. Just when you think that things are impossible, she pulls her experience and resources together to seal the deal. There are so many real estate brokers but not with the kind of commitment and going the extra mile that Financial Solutions provides. Giving them 6 stars!!

  In 2003 I responded to a Postcard mailer by Kat Fiorentino from an ad Campaign she had done for her Mortgage business. I had a background in the mortgage business prior and I was in a different business then and was searching for a Refinance of my previous purchase loan. I knew many loan officers and had already got mortgages from two other friends in the business in years prior. I called kat on the phone and we talked about my Mortgage needs and I knew in the first five minutes on the phone that kat is best I have seen in the business. Kat has done several purchase and refinance Mortgages for my wife and I plus many people that I have referred to her. If I have Mortgage needs regardless of which company brand she carries she gets my business and referrals as well. Ed Leach.
