      Wish I could give negative stars. They lose the title to my vehicle 3 years ago and refuse to replace it. I moved and have not been able to drive my vehicle for 7 months because I cannot register it without the title. They take my money every month though, no problems there. They are in breach of contract. Disgusting company with horrendous customer service, there is not escalation option. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS

      Hi Bernard, Not being able to drive your vehicle is definitely difficult. Once the electronic title is sent to the DMV, they will then issue the physical title to the address they have for you.       We lost my dad in May and had to take care of financial business with his bank. He was a customer of theirs for many decades and there is no question why he stayed with Safe Credit Union. They have amazing staff and everyone is extremely kind. Special shout out to Kayle Law. You were fantastic with all your help at a difficult time in our lives. You are AWESOME!

      Really for opening time back to 9am ! Never understood the 6 people in line, staff waiting until 10am to unlock the door? Not even 2 minutes early!

      I would give 5 stars honestly, they gave me a loan, a good interest rate, a good term, BUT THEIR ONLINE BANKING EXISTS. strap yourself in because we're going on an adventure SAFE Credit Union has to have THE WORST web portal for banking and loan management i've ever seen. Forgets my password regularly. Makes me call to unlock my account, verbally tells me a password that i will need to enter right then and there, and then randomly 3 steps later and if you didn't write it down, welp, start the process over because surprise you need it again. Then you get into the banking and loan management page and it's actually pretty difficult to find how to pay it as it appears at first you can only pay your loan with an internal savings account they give you, but no at the top bar there's an identical "pay my loan" option under a different heading where you can suddenly add a non frustrating bank's information in. I can imagine boomers just refinance instantly after trying to pay their bill the first time and switch to another bank with a better online interface.

      I have a car loan with SAFE CU and very happy with it, recently a rep called and offered a CC without running a hard inquiry on credit report. Discussed the details, and chose the card. I've described to the rep my intention of how I wanted to use this CC. Now that the card is open I am finding out all these different details on monthly payments, cash advances, etc. that is a bit different form what was explained. Now I have to send a letter to their corporate office because they can't close this card in their branch. This just plain sucks. Thanks for the inconvenience.

      I’ve been using Safe Credit Union as a shared bank for a few years now and have had no complaints. I decided to open a couple of account with them and now I do all my banking through them. Really nice locations, always clean, very nice employees!

      Do not bank at Safe Credit Union. As a consumer we have a legitimate right to ask questions as this bank failed to do their job. **Always** Ask your bank to verify funds**

      I love the new location - across the street from the old location - and banking with Safe. Wish Google would approve updating the location in Google Maps.
