  DO NOT GO HERE, I opened an account two days ago, deposited a decent amount of money and do not have an debit card yet because I just opened up my account. I gave the bank teller Ashley my driver's license and social security and was not allowed to withdraw any of my money. Even though I explained I just opened it and have not received a debit card. She told me that she wouldn't give me my money. I will be closing my account and withdrawaling all my money as soon as this card arrives. This unprofessional and I don't appreciate bad customer service.

  The people inside are extremely disrespectful and have a habit of hanging up on you or deciding to let the phone ring long enough to disconnect. I am forced to deal with this branch for my work and I have never had a good experience. This bank as a chain is a horrible establishment and I will continue to take my business and money elsewhere. You don't deserve a single star for your lack of customer service skills and negative attitude towards every customer that calls this establishment.

  Terrible customer service. I was on my lunch break from work and needed to cash my check to pay a bill that day. I was 1 min late and the doors were locked but customers were still inside being helped. A customer walked out and i leaned in and asked politely could i please just get this one check cashed and ill be on my way and one of the higher up guys walks over quickly and says no and when i try to explain says no again talkimg over me like i didnt mater at all. I will be canceling my accounts and going to another bank.

  Horrible experience...very bad customer service...these idiots try too pressure you too open new accounts...everytime u walk it...its a headache just too deposit a check. Stay away...nothing but snakes working here

  Terrible customer service. Brought my mom in because she lost her atm card and they would not help us. Said they had an appointment coming in at 2 even though it was only 1:40. Very upsetting and glad i do not bank with them.

  Service is ok, the branch is in need of a major remodel! Carpet from the 80’s and counters from 70’s. Somebody at corporate must really hate this branch to neglect it so badly.

  They have always been very cordial with me. They are able to get me in and out very quickly without any problems.
