  I worked mostly with Angela and she was nothing but helpful, respectful, and had great communication with her. Everything went smoothly except for the insurance and she was even responsive and made it a breeze when I had to change insurance companies.

  Extremely unprofessional was and hung up on and then left on hold. They all seem to have attitudes. I would never use or recommend this company. They seemed to be too busy for the layman's questions. There are many lenders out there be careful in who you choose and you never need to be treated with disrespect.

  Renie, Financial Services does not tolerate verbal abuse towards our office staff by yourself. You requested a pre-qualification letter for a client who has not even applied for a loan. Both State and Federal law prohibits us from issuing a pre-qualification letter without underwriting the clients loan file. We have dealt with 100s of professional real estate agents for the past 22 years in 4 different states and we have never experienced this type of unprofessional behavior. After our most recent conversation we advised you to seek other financing options for your clients versus creating a hostile work environment to our employees.

  Very happy with the 1 on 1 service. They worked with a local company to for us to purchase a new manufactured home. They helped walk us through the process of obtaining a manufactured home loan (which works different than regular house loan). All in all we're very happy :) THANK YOU

  I have heard absolutely nothing about my loan application. It's been 3 weeks

  Thank you for your feedback Mr. Hanby. Client feedback is very important to your company so we may improve upon our client experience. We received your preliminary credit request on January 22, 2021. Unfortunately, your credit request was incomplete and could not be processed without collateral information and the purchase price necessary for underwriting. Our office contacted you multiple times by phone and through our automated reminder system over the course of 14 days to secure the information needed to complete your credit request. On Saturday, February 6, 2021 we received an email from you with the information we requested. Our office re-opened for business Monday February 8, 2021 and your credit request was processed. Our office sent out a credit notification to you as required by the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Regulation B. Our credit decision notification was mailed to you to the address outlined on your credit application. We apologize for any confusion that our process may have caused; however, we follow strict Federal and State Lending guidelines for all consumer credit requests.
