  I have always preferred credit unions. They are obviously closer to their customers than any mainstream bank would allow. FPCU IN IRVINE off Michaelson has been tremendous with me. They have refinanced 3 of my cars when I had health and financial disaster almost take me down. My last loan was approved and sent for funding in 22 hours. I cannot tell u how much I appreciate FPCU! In fact they just called today to let me know that my credit card was approved for several thousand dollars. I do not by any means have a perfect credit score but these guys listened to me- heard me and looked at my short history with them and decided to help save my financial life when a car I bought from Mercedes’ needed a new engine I can’t afford Financial partners listened to my plan and helped! I am now able to deal with my huge health issues without this financial burden trying to kill me also. Thank u guys! Absolutely the best! Rob

  Always a good experience for me. Have been using fpcu and this branch for a while and never had any problems. low interest on my loan, free checking account, and low interest on my credit card. Nothing more I should have to say! Ina was wonderful and very informative. Recommend seeing her!

  I sold my car private party and the recipient chose this bank. We showed up at 2:30pm to finalize the deal and left at 5pm closing time AND had to come back the next morning because nothing was done correctly. The lady who walked us through everything was courteous and professional, however very unprepared and lacked training. Maybe the APR is worth the hassle, but I wouldn't recommend this branch.

  I am so PLEASED! with the level of service I received from “Financial Partners Irvine”. I really want to give kudos to “Jane” and “Sonnie” for really going over and beyond in actively assisting me with an issue regarding my finances with the institution. Even after i thought all hope was lost they both worked dillegently and didn’t stop until a positive resolution was received!. In all of my years of banking I’ve never received this level of support from any institution. I appreciated their efforts and will definitely remain a member. 😀😀😀

  I just texted Sonnie ( sand canyon in Irvine) to thank him for providing me an EXCELLENT service yesterday ( I don’t normally do this). It was my second visit to the branch & I was very pleased. Sonnie did his best to take care my needs Professionally & honestly. I cannot ask for more. Again, thank you!!
