  Customer service is horrible. They behave as if you're beneath them because you owe a medical bill. There's no reason for them to be disrespectful when you're calling them to make a payment. Reported them to BBB as well.

  This has been a less than pleasant experience. Long story short, my children were in a car accident and a medical bill slipped through the cracks and was sent to this joke of a place. The insurance company paid the bill and the check was cashed. A couple months later I noticed the collection remained on my credit report. I called to check on it. Kim Holland answered the phone to tell me it was never taken care of. It's not her problem, to call my insurance company, then proceeded to hang up on me. After speaking with my insurance agent he decided to help me and contact Kim directly with me on the line to clear this up. Once again, she was a real peach. She talked over him, told him the checks were paid to the wrong company (even though they were paid to the company and address listed on the bills sent from finance systems of toledo), and then proceeded to hang up yet again. Good luck working with this one.

  I asked why my payments weren't being sent out to the credit bureau every month. They said "oh... there was a block on your account from preventing it from being sent out to the credit bureau... we dont know how that happened sorry". So the last 5 months have not been reported to the credit bureau. Meaning that the credit bureau thinks i am not paying it so it made my score go down. They never check my account with them to make sure everything was working properly. I understand its hard times but come on that is poor quality work right there..

  I’ve sent in two settlement request letters now and they “never received either”. All over a medical bill that should have been ran through insurance and insurance info is literally listed on the bill but was never sent to them to pay. I’m almost done trying to pay the debt. It’ll be off the credit report in two years. Might be easier than trying to get a settlement.

  The customer service representatives that work for this company are rude and disrespectful. Working in collections is hard, I understand this, and it's your jobs to try and collect but you could try maybe using a polite voice from the start when you call someone first thing in the morning to try and harass them for medical bills. And also aren't your CSRs supposed to ask you for your birthday....not tell it too you to confirm it? Thought that was basic medical privacy so I'll be looking into that.

  There is no physical address for anyone to physically pay them or verify this company. It has two po box numbers one for toledo ohio and one for southgate mi. So who am i paying and where can i physically verify who this company is?

  typical collection company stuck in the 20th century. Someday they will figure out that you get more bees with honey.

  I've contacted this company MULTIPLE times with proof that I called to cancel a doctors appointment, which is what they asked me to do. Now they refuse to respond and remove the derogatory mark off of my account. Typical.
