  I started a small business during covid and decided to hire a tax person to help me because I knew it may be more complicated than my turbo tax days. However my entire experience was terrible. He legit forgot to file my taxes. Is that not the entire reason someone hires you?? It was a nightmare, he never took ownership of the mistake or offered a refund. I am so bothered to this day. I got a new tax person and I am serious when I say---NIGHT AND DAY. it made me realized just HOW unprofessional this guy was. Unclear how he has so many great reviews. I am baffled.

This is a very rare occurrence for us but even once is not acceptable to us or even more to the client!   The service was great, and also the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My tax concerns were handled in a timely manner. Any concerns or questions I had were addressed immediately.   strong sense. of ethics and professionalism . Tom , Nathan and Lina manages all aspects of my business from accounting , taxes and payrolls in a highly efficient and timely manner for over 6 years now. did a lot of business over 20 years with too many accountant and they are the best I dealt with.

  Being a new company owner can have bring on a ton of new stress, financials being one of them. Tom and his crew has taken away all of that stress by doing everything they can, leaving me to be able to focus on bringing in new business and growing stress free. They are extremely helpful and have wonderful response times with any questions. I highly recommend them to anyone just starting out, or even looking for a new accountant.

  I was looking for a CPA to switch my business to who would keep me informed of where my taxes owed were during the year and who not charge me for every little thing they did. I was happy to pay a flat fee as long as all services (with a few minor exceptions) were included. I have been with Tom and his crew for about 3 months now and we have had a few issues pop up, as they always do when dealing with accounting, but they were taken care of right away...fast and professional service. They always looked into the problems and even if they didn't know the answer right away, they were back to me within a few days with it. They also have followed up on everything they have done to make sure it was done correctly. Good professional service...hard to come by now-a-days.

  After having a terrible experience with our first time having a professional do our taxes two years ago. Toledo CPAs was recommend by our financial advisor and exceeded expectations.   I originally went to Tom to advise me on opening a new business. He now does my payroll, business, and personal taxes. Upon review of my prior years tax returns, prepared by one of the large tax companies, he also found a 5 figure refund I was owed.

  Kevin is great to work with. He is passionate and trustworthy person who will guide you in the right direction with your taxes. He is very educational and has taught me more about taxes then any person in this field that I know. It is a great experience to work the with him and you can tell just working with him he really cares for people and he is just different then any other tax guy out there. I highly recommended going to get your taxes or book keeping done through this firm!
