  Randy is exceptional! He will answer your call anytime and show up to your closing if it’s possible. He even came during covid. It’s not my first time buying a home but I’m sure he thought it was based off of the insane amount of questions I had for him. He was patient kind and professional. I have already sent him two referrals with more to come. I will not use anyone else!

  We began our journey of Househunting in March of 2016 and after a recommendation to Finance 1, we chose to work with Randy. As first time home-purchasers we honestly had no idea what we were doing. Randy was wonderful throughout the process and he walked us through each step. We showed up with binders full of every document in our possession and Randy simply smiled and said that he would siphon through these to determine what was all needed to complete the loan. Not only did Randy get us our loan but turns out that we have a lower interest rate than anyone of our friends/family/ co-workers. We closed by May of 2016 and to say that we were pleased with our service would be an understatement. We would highly recommend Randy at Finance 1 LLC to anyone looking to purchase a home especially those who are first-time home owners.

  Relocating to the mid-west, my family and I had the difficult position of determining the correct timing to buy a new home while waiting to sell the previous home. With cold weather approaching, our window of opportunity was getting narrower each day. Since this was my fifth home purchase in my lifetime, I am all to familiar with the endless request for documents and the time required to complete the home buying process. I have worked with all of the large mortgage companies and big banks on previous homes as well as comparing their services on our new home; however, based on the referral by a family member, I also contacted Randy at Finance 1 LLC and now that everything is complete, I can offer the following post. Randy and Sarah @ Finance 1 answered every question I proposed within 15 minutes, they kept me on task by prioritizing documents to keep the approval process proceeding quickly, and they provided additional services that other "big box" lenders never provide. My expedited request to go from research lenders to closing was less than 4 weeks and Finance 1 completed everything in 3 weeks! If service, integrity, and respect are important - call Randy and you will not be disappointed!
