  Jonathan was incredibly patient and easy to work with. He was extremely fast with responding to any questions my husband and I asked.   My wife and I worked with Mortgage Specialists this past Fall to refinance our house and had a fantastic experience with Jonathan Jameson.   Mortgage specialists was easy to deal with. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions for both my realtor and lender. Both of mortgage specialists and my realtor were happy to take calls during odd hours and answer all of my questions. When they gave me an estimated completion time of each step of the process it was either met or completed early. They did tell me one price for closing, and it changed by $10, but it was relayed to me very quickly and did not cause any headaches. I would be happy to work with Jonathan and his team again!

  Brent and his team were absolutely fantastic. They were available whenever we needed them and replied back in a timely manner. They went above and beyond when things didn’t go smoothly during closing to give us the best advice.   I don't often take the time to write a lot of reviews but the service received from Brent, Sarah and the Mortgage Specialist team was incredible. From the very beginning of our preapproval all the way through to closing, we felt like we didn't do any heavy lifting but Brent and Sarah always kept us in the know and explained every step of the process with detail and expert knowledge. As first time home buyers, we weren't fully aware of the ins and outs of the process and using Mortgage Specialists was one of the best choices we made before buying our home.
