  Filo was very responsive and moved the process along almost immediately after each time I uploaded any needed documents. They always kept me informed of where in the process we were and what was needed from me to keep going. I think the total time was just over a month from first contact to completion, and I had some liens and insurance policy adjustments to make which made is less straightforward than normal. Definitely recommended.

  Had a smooth transaction and a great rate. Compared to several other lenders and they were the best and the process was fast and easy. Online document submissions were simple enough and we didnt have any complications. Would recommend. Allen Hurst was great to work with, not pushy and quick to respond.

  I did refinancing for the first time, and my experience with Filo was great service, and extremely fast closings. We closed quickly within 30 days that too over the Christmas holidays season.   Working with Filo was an absolute pleasure. Pam Bloom was our consultant and she was extremely professional and very responsive. We have never worked with another mortgage consultant as responsive as Pam was. We felt like our loan was the only one she was working on.
