  Worst bank I ever dealt with my fist check deposit I had to wait a whole week I thought maybe because I was a new customer so now I try again with three checks they flag them also now I gotta wait another week to get MY FUNDS!!! WORST BANK EXPERIENCE I EVER ENCOUNTERED!! It’s better banks STAY AWAY FROM FIFTH THIRD

  Worst bank I've ever used. Their ATM machine ate my debit card AND cash and I got nothing back for nearly a week. They hit me multiple times with random fees with no notification. They set up an auto bill pay for me that never went through, then they had no record of it ever being set up (let alone why it didn't go through) when I tried to address it with them. I also have a car note with them that I've never once received a statement for, electronic or otherwise. These are just a few of the headaches I've had with them. Don't ever use this bank.

  Was just at your bank to do a transaction at the drive thru window, I sat behind a gentleman in a pickup who was at the window for 20 minutes. I finally parked my car and went inside and the lady working the drive thru windows is having a conversation with the man instead of taking care of other customers that were waiting. Very unprofessional, this is one reason I moved my accounts to PNC Bank, I probably should move my mortgage to PNC as well.

  Worst experience I have ever had with a bank .I was trying to deposit a check from my 401k and they wouldn't deposit it my hours have been cut due to the covid and my family needed it. Went to another bank right around the corner no problems at all lost a customer!!

  My credit card info was stolen and the banker on the line put me on hold until the work day ended, then hung up.

  With fifth third you really do have choices, I had Tina help me out and she was an absolute joy to work with, I actually look forward to banking with her.

  Always short only this location, can not trust them. Make sure you notr every single bill before go there.
