  I go once or twice a month to this locate to get some cash and it is always a pain. There is two drive-thru ATM's and it seems that something is unsully wrong with one or both when I visit. Today I pull up to the one in the wall of the bank and there is a sign on it that you can't use... so I drive around the building to the other one and it is doing a Software Update... Really... you need to do the update at 3:30 PM? Why wouldn't you do it like at 2 am? So then I drive around the bank again and get in line to withdraw money and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait... now my lunch break is about over and I finally just backup and leave without MY MONEY. Thanks again for wasting my time.

  No matter what branch i go in i am always met by very polite tellers and bankers and managers r always there to answer any questions i have.

  I AM RATING THE BRANCH SERVICE, not CHASE BANK OR THE RATING WOULD BE A FLAT ZERO STARS AS IN DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNTS WITH CHASE. Branch service earns five for Keyla Franks providing good service (albeit with zero personality) to a very unhappy Chase bank customer.

  I used to recommend chase to everyone, but due to recent events I will never bank with chase again and I urge everyone to do the same. They will charge you for everything possible. And when their machines are the reason they’re charging you, they won’t even have the decency to call you back.

  This bank used to be good -10 years ago. Now it's a joke the tellers are rude and Chase will charge you for everything including breathing in their building if possible. Horrible service and they are incapable of answering simple questions.

  Tried to get a document notarized here and the notary wasn’t having it. She needed the entire form completed, wouldn’t notarize my signature on the form and let my sister complete her portion. I think there are people in life who like to say no and make things intentionally hard. The notary at this Chase location appears to be one of those people.
