  The branch in Wesley Chapel fails to respect its customers. This is the third time this occurs. I waited along with others to meet a banker. The banker came out of his room totally ignoring who was seated first. Even he was told by the counter girl who was first. He ignored me and the lady next to me and just took the other customers.

  I went in to cash a check at 11:58, the manager acknowledged my presence and asked me what he could do for me , to which I replied just need to cash a check. Another customer even came in after me, at which time I ran out to my car to get the check I had forgotten and when I returned he had locked the doors. He looked right at me trying to open the locked doors and shrugged his shoulders and mouths sorry. I'm still in shock at the level of rudeness , especially considering the customer that came in after me was still at the counter making a transaction

  The fee to cash a check here is absurd. The people are rude and unhelpful my company will no longer except checks written from fifth third it will be cash or credit only for their members. By far the worst bank I've ever dealt with
