  for being new to the banking system in this country i was treated with the outmost respect and friendliness i have ever seen the manager faith ,and hannan the personal banker went above and beyond their duties to make me comfortable and help me understand everything that i needed to know thank you very much for everything

  This place has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life . I’m a contractor and I received a check from a customer who happens to bank with fifth third bank. I went in with the check and provided my federal ID. They asked that I then provide my state ID which is not required. And then told me that they also had to take my Social Security number. With all the issues fifth third is had with their security and hackers stealing information such as Social Security numbers and other customer information this is very unnecessary and risky. I just can’t recommend with dealing with these people when they’re asking for unnecessary information to make simple transactions that I’ve made at any other bank I can possibly name numerous times without having to give my Social Security number. Seems like nothing but an attempt to get you to open an account at a bank that you don’t want to deal with . Super shady practice should be ashamed of themselves for trying to force people into opening an account at their bank

  By far the worst customer service you will ever experience!! I don’t recommend this bank for anyone! Extremely unprofessional and by far the worst service you will ever receive.

  Any time I have been they have just sitting umm hello actually do your job some people go on there not to wait 20 minutes In a drive though window for some person to come by 3 times I’ve had it with this bank I’m leave this bank u actually get no stars but it won’t let me

  One of the most friendly 5/3 banks around, always take the time to make me feel valued and appreciated and respected. (Even if there was a lack of funds lol)
