      Worst bank ever, I brought my first paycheck and you guys charge me $10 to put it into my account. I’m canceling my account after the transaction. Thanks for nothing. The only nice thing I can say you’re lucky you have an amazing staff that has to put up with your guys stupid roles

      53rd bank is absolutely the worts bank. Zero costumer service. Supera arrogant manager. They also lie and have lots of hidden fees. Can’t believe the manager has to be so unprofessional with long time clients that are trying to make a deposit.

      Came to this bank on Monday afternoon to open a personal account. Of all the workers there was only a woman at the counter responding to calls, and an employee with a client in the office. The four or five offices with the names of workers were empty. I was asked to wait until the bank employee was released. After 20 minutes of waiting I turned to the woman at the reception desk when I can open an account.She replied that there was no one else in the bank except one worker. Explained the reason that someone was sick and did not go to work. When asked to speed up and help me with the account, I was told that you need to wait indefinitely. I left this place without making more of my time and understanding that here ignore new customers. Poor customer service!

      This place is horrible, horrible service, public bathroom nasty employees seem to have a bad habit of not picking after themselves and I feel bad for the person who cleans this branch also the fees and the customer service is terrible and I will not be coming here again !

      i have to say i have not been having the best of time dealing with fifth and third bank. but thank god for this one. if it was not for this bank, i would never worked with them again. thank the lord for some good people still in this world.

      Got inside and no other customers were in there. I told them I needed a new debit card because mine was lost. They had me sit and wait 15 minutes for a "personal banker" to help me. High dissatisfied with customer service!

      Bad bank and no respect for the customer, Wednesday I received 3 zelle from the same person for a total of 15 thousand the next day I went to transfer the 15 to my stockbroker the bank blocked my account, my access to my money account and told me that it may take up to 30 days to unlock. A huge lack of respect, if I don't have another account in another bank I would be unable to buy or pay my bills, I'm still waiting for everything to be unlocked and as soon as it happens I will close my account in this garbage bank.

      I went to exchange a check for $1000 asked for my identification I showed my wallet in Las Vegas they make you fill out a form make you wait and the cashier still talks to you for every bank to hear, terrible service
