cynthia vergara1Worst Customer Service. I manage 12 stores 12 let me say that again 12. The Tellers complained about having to many deposits and asked me to come in more frequently 😧. You sit behind that counter and all you do is count and make deposit try to run 12 stores. Could you ? Probably not but thanks for the advice on how to do my job maybe next time do yours and stop having an attitude about to many deposits. This is by far the worst customer service I have received from any fifth third bank in Indiana period. I have never been told I shouldn’t bring this many deposits it’s a shame seriously

Jim Hastings1A 5/3 better than what?! No bank at all! I think I’d rather bury my money in the back yard... at least if I found it it would all be there NOT taken up by fees!! Not to mention that I set up an appointment for 9:30 and here it is over an hour later and I’M STILL WAITING!! Of course the response was “we only have one banker would you like to reschedule?” Did you know you would only have one banker when I was able to choose 9:30 as an appointment time when someone else chose 9:00 and an other chose 10:00?! Seriously if I could choose NO stars I would! Hey it’s 10:45 and I’m due to go in!! But of course the banker is taking phone calls first because you know an hour and fifteen minutes isn’t a long enough wait time. By the way I’ll be pulling all my money out of this “Bank”!

Elizabeth Perry2Let me just say before I get into the bad that the bank staff, manager and all who work at this location are exceptional. They are wonderful and always go out of their way to help or solve any problems. That being said, their atm is horrible. They recently put in a new machine and it is just as bad as the one they had before. I have had several times where the old and new atm took my money, but didn't not apply it to my account. I have to wait several days to have MY money added to my account. I am not a wealthy person so I depend on my money being there when I need it. Today was the last straw. I had a horrible time trying to get the atm to accept my money. I had to keep putting the money back in over and over but it kept spitting it out. This happened about 10 times. It only accepted one or two of the bills and spit the rest back out. I only put 8 bills in and it says that it can accept up to 25 bills. I finally had to crumple the last 2 bills and turn them upside down. I had to make sure that I got the money in to pay 3 bills Monday morning. It took so long that I felt bad for the 2 people that pulled in behind me that I left the line and drove back around. This was/ is ridiculous!! Oh and I usually have the issues on Sundays when there is no one on site to assist with these issues. #notahappycamper!!

John Schmidt1Had a Credit Card with them for 2+ years and paid on time every month. They lowered by credit limit without any prior notice or explanation. I'm glad I didn't try to use the card and get declined or I would be really mad. Terrible customer Service.
