Tara Fulwiley1Transitioning from another bank and was told I needed to visit a local branch for identity verification. “ WRONG CHOICE “. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I came back twice in the same day trying to get the identity block removed from my acct so I can access MY FUNDS and my acct is still BLOCKED. I’m New Customer. I’m diabetic and asked to use the restroom and I was told they didn’t have one so I had to leave and come back. A Bank in 2022 with No Public Restroom for THEIR Customers. Wow. Totally Unprofessional. No Customer Service skills whatsoever. They are holding my money hostage. I can’t even pay my bills. If I could give 0 stars I would. Would not recommend or refer anyone to Fifth third. Should’ve stayed where I was.🤦♀️

Keith Murray1Employees don't follow bank policy. If you question them about it they get rude and nasty. Michelle the branch manager refused to listen to my question and only wanted to tell me what she thought I needed to know. When I expressed frustrstion about it ahe still refused to listen and hung up. I called back asked to apeak to her manager and she gave me a bogus phone number. I attempted again to get her yo assist me and she refused and got very sarcastic with me. She privided very poor customer service and acted extremely unprofessional.

Rosario Camuglia1Slowest.Branch.Ever Representative was pretty rude to me and had no desire to serve. Handed him my cash to deposit and he just walked way. When he came back I told him that I wanted to put some of it in my saving, he just walked away and did it before I had a chance to say more. When he finally came back, I told him another transaction that needed to be done and he rolled his eyes at me. It would have been much simpler if he just asked, hey how are you what all do you need today rather than just assuming. I love 53bank, but this branch needs some help.

Ebony Brown5This Branch has come along way, As a long time 5th third customer I use to avoid this branch at all cost But Ms. Quesha has given me a new look on the wilkerson branch. You can definitely tell she trained with the great Ms Thresea over at Noda .I am just as happy to pop into this branch as I am any other Charlotte location. Ms Quesha does business with a smile and goes above and beyond to make sure you get all the information needed. She gives her complete undivided attention and like Ms.Threasea she is Great at remembering names that means alot. Congratulations Wilkerson Branch Great job on getting Ms QueshaNow give her a raise she deserves it . She is the reason I come to this branch when in town.🤣🤣😁 (for real)

nick J1I have an account.. been having account going on a year.. I came to make a deposit like I always do every week and this one particular store would not cash my check. I didnt even ask for cash I asked to put it in my account and make it available. currently looking for another bank this is ridiculous

This is the worst 5th 3rd location ever Everytime it's something last time a rude manager walked away from me while in the middle of speaking insisting that he was gonna send me a new card 2 weeks later I called as to why I didn't receive it and it was because his ass never sent it RUDE 2. They never answer the phone I been calling for 6 hours and didnt receive a answer not 1 time get it together so close to closing my account.
