  I had a great experience with Crown. Inessa and Tiffany were great. They did everything they could to help me a get a new vehicle. The fact that they include their faith in the car buying experience made me feel comfortable and relax. I highly suggest if you are trying to rebuild your credit or it is your first vehicle come over to Crown Auto Sales and you will leave happy.

Grace & mr.ken is awesome they worked with me & my father & made it happen for us when we got turned down by other so called car dealers that supposed to work with your bad credit!!!   I had a wonderful experience at Crown Auto Sales on Ashley rd. They really made my car buying experience easy and affordable. I purchased a 2011 impala that was in wonderful condition just as well as their other vehicles. Brian, Sharon and Inessa are definitely a great help to anyone who is in need of buying a vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys so much.

  I recently bought a car from them. The car has had no problems. However - my main gripe with them is their consistent habit of not reporting to the ONE credit reporting agency that they do report to. in four months - they have only reported to this credit reporting agency ONCE. This is a sub prime loan company. the least they can do is report to the credit agencies. This will help your credit and this is one of the reasons you take out any loan. A lot of people have no idea and just accept this because they want a car badly. I was in a bad spot and they approved me. I asked at the time of the loan did they report to the three agencies ( Equifax, Transunion, and Experian). I was told yes. They do not. They ONLY report to Equifax. Even with that, in four months of having the car and paying on time - they have reported once and that was just to say I had the loan. So what happens is - the total of the loan is reported and if your payments are not reported then the original balance remains the same and you do not have a positive trade line. The way it is supposed to work is you get a loan for the car - that is reported. then you make payments - they are reported and the balance goes down. if you pay on time and the balance goes down then that is a POSITIVE for your credit. I am just telling the truth about this place because it would not cost them a lot to report to ALL 3 credit agencies to help their customers. When I called the office they used the Coronavirus and blamed the credit agencies. This was not correct. I can assure you ONE thing. If you did not pay on this car on time they will call you asap and they will report you then I bet. SO be careful. Find a car with low mileage. You probably could do better at another dealership. my 2 cents.

  I inquired about 3 different cars online 6/25. Gentlemen called me this morning (6/26) and the 1 specific car had already been sold (2 days ago). The other 2 were priced higher, so told him looking for a second car in the $6500 price range. His reply "then I'm not the dealership that you want to deal with" What an azz! I have money to spend and good credit, they don't want my money..ill take it to someone who does. Very rude and lack of professionalism. Money hungry, not interested in helping someone get a car. ~Amy Connolly

  What I loved about Crown Auto Sales on Ashley Rd., is that when we walked in the door we were greeted with a warm welcome. Next Mr. Brian Young is very personable and down to earth. My aunt did not have all of the pertinent information that was needed and Mr. Young was very patient and accommodating. Then he made sure she had everything she need for an approval. Lastly, he did not try to get my aunt into a car that was out of her price range. This was an excellent car buying experience.

  Not only did I get a second chance at Crown Auto but the customer service from Inessa and Brian was superb!!! I was nervous at first because I couldn't find a vehicle that would accommodate my two teen boys who are well over 6ft tall and my taste for something newer and attractive. After a few days of waiting I received a call from Brian telling me your Sonata is here come get it, its just what you're looking for!!! My family is happy with our new vehicle, my boys have plenty of leg room and I have a cute car that runs smooth!!!! Love You Guys!!!!!! ANYONE READING THIS DONT HESITATE SHOP CROWN AUTO ON ASHLEY ROAD!!!!!

  Steph and Mrs.G helped me get in new car with a great price, and stayed in budget, Steph was really patient with me and helped me the whole way through. I thank her so much because I was down without a car and she helped.I definitely will be back.Highly Recommend.
