  I don't understand how this bank stays in business. The ATM's are never working 8 out of 10 times you go there. My solutions any other bank

  Nausheen Akber is the best! She was able to assist with all of our extra requirements and met all demands. She was friendly to my family and assured the whole process was smooth from start to finish. She helped navigate accounts and kept information confidential while in the location. Setting up an appointment was easy and she was on time and at the door early to let us in. Thank you.

  In-person visit to resolve Zelle transaction issue around 0920 AM (needed to cancel a transaction due to incorrect recipient info). Sadaf W, the manager(?) said that I have to contact the Zelle since they are third-party company and 53 bank cannot do anything on such issue (but I was directed to Sadaf by one of their tellers, Michelle). I explained her that one of my family members had a same issue and was able to resolve it at different 53 branch. Then she replied, "I am short staffed and I don't have time. I have new staff to train." I was only customer for her at that time and there was 2 people doing teller transactions in the branch. I guess training new staff comes first before helping customers.
