So beyond frustrated. I’ve been trying to get a replacement debit card for over a month. The first time I call into the branch closest to me (Logan square). They say they’ll order me one, but I can also come in to have one printed. I wait about a week and a half/two weeks. No card. I go to the branch and they say actually we can’t issue or request a new card for you because you didn’t open your account here. Fine. They call into my home branch, Wheaton, and send an email while I’m there. I wait another week and a half. No card. I call into Wheaton. They say a request was never put in. I explain the situation and they transfer me to someone’s voicemail. I leave a message, no call back. I call in again today . I tried to explain to the woman I spoke with who only cut me off and said the card needed to be cancelled. I said I can’t have it cancelled until it’s replaced as this is my only one (I’ve been turning it on/off via app to still be able to use Apple Pay and cardless cash). she puts me on hold, comes back and says it’s been cancelled even though I did not ask for that, and said “your new card will arrive within 10 business days, let us know if not”. IF NOT? How is that even an option after all of this? Seriously cannot believe that I’d have to drive an hour away just to get a replacement card in a timely manner. Cannot believe I spent this many phone calls and a physical visit to get this much bad information, and now I don’t have access to that account unless I can go into a bank. Shocker- I work 9-5 too! So so so so inconvenient and ridiculous. I’d close this account altogether now but I don’t have multiple hours to commute to do it.

With Them moving to Wintrust I decided to start here, leave Chase for this account, got Exceptional service as a chiropractic physician with many banking needs and appreciated the availability and personal touch of all involved. They all were so nice and gave me great recommendations Chase would never do. They all tag teamed to accomplish a whole host of changes I needed to make it quick. When I came back and had in personal preferences they readily did it. I bank at Chase for business and personal and decided to open an account for SBA and PPP and got a much better personal touch and they are always available. Mad opened portals for SBA sooner than chase. Dora and company gave much better customer service. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been with this bank since 2011 and have been extremely satisfied with them. Even when the branch I started with closed after merging with Community Bank, the employees at the other branches have been friendly and helpful. I understand the frustration of not having later hours but they watch for things that may be out of the ordinary, no fees for using other ATMs, and since so much can be done online, it's worth it.

They used to be a good bank, but lately the customer service has been obnoxious. Last time I called (regarding online banking), they were so condescending and made me not want to do business there anymore. Sometimes they are really nice though. I think it depends on who you are talking to...

I have been using Wheaton Bank exclusively for many years with a business and personal account. In the past I have been with numerous banks typically for two or three years before they frustrate me to the point I change. The fact I have been with Wheaton Bank for 12 years should speak for itself. The people at this bank are long term employees that know you and get to know your needs. They can help me with everything from wire transfers to changing currency along with easy transferring of funds. If they continue to serve my needs as they have in the past I will stay with them.

I'm very pleased with this bank. The employees very friendly and are always looking to minimize wait lines (which is rare). Some banks either try to 1.) Always try to sell you extra accounts or 2.) Really don't care about their job. This is neither of that. The other thing I like is they have a good mixture of ages. It's not a bunch of 20 year olds, which I often see in a back. Nothing against 20 year olds but a good blend is appreciated. This bank is good on the phone as well. They actually answer their phone, instead of asking you to listen to a press 1 of this, press 2 for that. It is personalized banking.

Joining this bank is one of the worst things I have ever done. When I opened the acct I was given the wrong information, I have tried accessing my acct and have gotten an error message. They don't have after hour support (only to reset your Password) The list is endless. This bank is worse than TCF. Closing this account will be my main priority first thing in the morning.

This bank has stolen money from my son's (a minor) bank account by assessment of "fees" for low balance. Account was originally set up in 2010 by Community Bank with no low balance fees, sold to Wheaton Bank and Wheaton Bank since changed the rules. I do not trust this bank.
