Daniela Salmon1Drove 20 min to this branch on a Saturday (I work 9-5 m-f so this was literally my only chance) way before closing time to open a checking account and was told I won't be helped since they're already with a client and I need 45 minutes to open one (which I had)... I've been served in both chase and bank of America a whole hour after closing time provided I entered before their closing time. Disappointed, will definitely consider another bank, especially since this one is so far from home and not customer oriented at all.

Ana Whatley1I called before going in. To see if I had time to open an account. Lady said they only take appointment and I have to make it online. Shocking to me I asked, if they don’t take walk-ins?. She said yes they do. So I asked if I can I come in now and she told me yes. I arrive there within five minutes and someone told me they can’t take any more appointments because it’s too late. WASTE of time. I really don’t know if I should open an account now. Sux I have my mortgage with these guys. Maybe I’ll just switch my mortgage with some other bank

R Mauro1Dec 6 walked in branch in Boynton Beach to open a checking account. Was told they do this only by appointment. Next available appointment is Dec 17. Really? Dont know how this bank exists with this type of customer service so I'm off to TD Bank instead.
